Privacy Statement
This statement explains what personal data we process when you visit https://anmiroagency.com ("the website") or write to us, why, on what legal basis, for how long and what rights you have. ANMIRO LTD is a company established in the United Kingdom, so it applies the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. For visitors in the European Economic Area (EEA), it also applies Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR).
In short: Anmiro Agency is not taking on new clients at the moment, and the website is for information only. It has no contact forms, no newsletter, no quote requests and no shop, and it does not use cookies. We only process the technical data needed to serve the website and whatever you send us if you write to us.
1. Who is responsible for your data (controller)
- Controller: ANMIRO LTD, trading as Anmiro Agency
- Company number: 13450505 (registered in England and Wales)
- Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom
- Email: info@anmiroagency.com
- Data protection officer: none appointed (the company is not required to appoint one).
2. What data we process, why and on what legal basis
2.1. Browsing the website
- Data: the technical connection data that any web server needs to deliver a page: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and operating system (user agent) and referring page.
- Purpose: to serve the website, keep it secure and protect it against attacks and abuse.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in the website working properly and being secure (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR and EU GDPR).
- Who processes it: our hosting and content delivery provider, Cloudflare (see section 4). ANMIRO LTD does not use this data to identify anyone or to build profiles.
2.2. Visitor statistics
- How we get them: only from the analytics that Cloudflare produces on its own servers from the requests the website receives. We do not use any analytics script or cookies, and nothing is read from or stored on your device.
- Data: to produce them, Cloudflare processes the IP address and the technical data of each request as our processor. We only see aggregated figures (pages visited, countries, number of visits), which do not identify you. No profiles are built.
- Purpose: to understand how the website is used, improve it and monitor its security.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used and in keeping it secure (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR and EU GDPR).
2.3. Emails you send us
- Data: whatever you include in your message: at least your email address and name, and anything you tell us.
- Purpose: to read your message, reply to you and, where appropriate, deal with your request.
- Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, or performing a contract when your message relates to one (Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR and EU GDPR); in all other cases, our legitimate interest in answering the messages we receive (Article 6(1)(f)).
- Is it mandatory? Giving us your data is voluntary, but without a way to contact you we cannot reply.
Emails sent to our addresses @anmiroagency.com are forwarded by Cloudflare to the mailbox where we read them (see section 4).
We do not ask for, and do not want to receive, special category data (for example about health, religion or political opinions). Please do not include it in your messages.
3. How long we keep your data
- Technical browsing data: only for as long as Cloudflare needs it to provide the service and keep it secure, in line with its own retention policy. ANMIRO LTD does not keep its own access logs.
- Statistics: kept only as aggregated figures, which are not personal data.
- Emails: for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry. After that, if any legal claims could arise from it, we keep them for the applicable limitation period (generally up to 6 years in England and Wales, Limitation Act 1980) and then delete them. If your message leads to a business relationship, we keep the data for as long as tax and company law requires.
4. Who receives your data
We do not share your data with third parties, except where the law requires it (for example, at the request of a court or the authorities).
To run the website and email, we use these providers:

6. Automated decisions and children
We do not make automated decisions or build profiles with your data.
The website is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly process children's data. If you are under 18, please do not send us personal data without your parent's or guardian's permission.
7. Your rights
You can exercise the following rights at any time, free of charge:
- Access: find out whether we process your data and get a copy.
- Rectification: have inaccurate data corrected or incomplete data completed.
- Erasure: ask us to delete your data, for example when we no longer need it.
- Restriction: ask us to pause the processing in certain cases.
- Data portability: receive the data you gave us in a structured, commonly used format, or have us send it to another controller, when the processing is based on a contract or your consent and is carried out by automated means.

- Not to be subject to automated decisions, including profiling (we do not make them).
To exercise them, email us at info@anmiroagency.com or write to the registered office in section 1, saying which right you are exercising and giving us enough information to identify you. We will reply within one month, which can be extended by two further months if the request is complex (Article 12 UK GDPR and EU GDPR).
Complaints: if you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 5AF, United Kingdom (https://ico.org.uk). If you live in the EEA, you can also complain to the data protection authority of your country; in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid; https://www.aepd.es). We would appreciate it if you contacted us first so we can try to resolve it.
8. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk to protect data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access: the website is always served encrypted (HTTPS), access to our systems is limited to the people who need it, and we require equivalent safeguards from our providers.
9. Links to other websites
This statement does not apply to third-party websites linked from the website, such as our social media profiles. If you click those links, each site decides how it processes your data: we recommend reading its privacy policy.
10. Cookies
The website does not use cookies. Details are in our Cookie Policy. Our company details are in the Imprint.
